Seigi: In The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield, the main character/narrator is, in the beginning, really skeptical of the idea of the manuscript and insights, but near the end understands and seeks the insights and understands and is connected to the earth and how it works. He is scared and confused in the start but becomes more open, and because of this he meets other people who help him understand the insights and find even more people who also help him understand. Throughout the book, he is seen being more adventurous and daring, because he is forced into situations that make him more adept with intense pressure and think faster. Reading the different insights gives him a heightened understanding of life and the world. At one point he learns how to see the energy that surrounds everything and how it's affected by arguing, when people deliberately give you their energy empowering you with a sense of energy. |
