Oscar: The main conflict in the book Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J. K. Rowling is that a prisoner named Sirius Black escapes a very secure prison called Azkaban. Arthur Weasley tells Harry Potter that Black was convicted of murder and warns that Black was going to attempt to murder Harry next. On the way to Hogwarts, a Dementor boards the train and makes Harry faint. Following the incident, Harry is helped by a new defense against the dark arts teacher, Remus Lupin. Harry, Ron and Hermione learn that the Dementors were searching the school in attempt to catch Black.
