Donald: There are two major settings in The Hunger Games (by Suzanne Collins). There is the Seam (District 12), and the arena (the Capitol). Each year, the Capitol forces each of the 12 districts to pick two teenagers as tributes to send to the Hunger Games, in which they must fight to the death. In the Seam, Katniss is happy because it is where she grew up and it is where her family is. But in the arena, it is a different story. Katniss hates the arena because it is where she is forced to fight against all the other tributes. |
